Order Processing Time

Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. In the unlikely event of a shipping delay, we will notify you. We do not ship on weekends, National Holidays, Christmas Eve or New Years Eve.

Transit Time

Transit time is measured from the time your order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed. We ship all orders for one flat and convenient shipping rate of $5.95. Transit time is 2 to 5 business days.

Return Policy

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number via email at rma@scential.com. Please explain the reason for returning the merchandise and give us your order number.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 20 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

All returns must be shipped back using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons.

Credit card information is deleted from our system at the conclusion of each transaction.
